I was utterly dismayed by the broken toilet the entire stay, yet no one seemed to care, typical! Beds were rock hard, and i had to ask for a mattress topper like it was a luxury! Where's my welcome gift for putting up with this nonsense? Couldn't you at least offer an upgrade for my troubles?

I really enjoyed the hotel, its relaxing room and very very helpful staff. The location was marvellous and particularly good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a waterside public plaza. Besides, it was just off Hapimag nel centro di Lisbona as well as Lisbon.

excellent location near attractions, spacious apartments, great outdoor recreational area
Check-in frustrations due to unstaffed reception!!! Timely maintenance is essential for broken fixtures and air conditioning!!! Hot water issues during peak times detracted from our comfort!!! Daily cleaning services would greatly enhance guests' experiences!!!

Had an amazing group trip! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool area after long days exploring places like the Oceanarium and the Alfama district. The staff were super friendly and gave us great tips on local eats. The self-service store downstairs was a big plus for snacks!
Had a slight hiccup with the check-in process. We had to wait a bit longer than expected for our room to be ready. It was inconvenient but didn't overshadow our overall experience.

Sunny Lisbon 💛
Apartments are proper spacious, reminded me of home, with all that natural light and chill vibes. Staff were really friendly, like having a chommie at reception. The lovely pool area was a great spot to relax. And a little kitchen meant I could whip up brekkie whenever!
Only downside was the pillows, they could be more comfy, ja!
